Please read these terms carefully before using the bdt55 platform. By registering an account, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all of these terms.

bdt55 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides a safe and reliable service for online betting enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and bdt55. By using the site, you agree to all of the terms below.

Definitions and Scope

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are described below. Please read them carefully for a clear understanding.

  • "Platform" — bdt55's website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
  • "User" — any person who has created an account on bdt55 or is using the platform.
  • "Account" — a user's individual registered profile and wallet.
  • "Bet" — a wager placed on any game or sports event.
  • "Bonus" — additional credits or rewards given as a promotional offer.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Important: Only those aged 21 or above may create and use an account on bdt55. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • All information provided during account registration must be true and accurate.
  • Online betting must be legally permitted in your area.
  • bdt55 employees may not create accounts.
  • Owners of previously closed or banned accounts may not register again.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt55 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other records at any time. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended. This is a mandatory process for fraud prevention and user protection.

Account Registration and Management

Registering on bdt55 requires a valid email address and mobile number. Once registration is complete, you will be able to use all services.

User Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
  • The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
  • If your account details change (email, phone), update them without delay.

If bdt55 detects unusual activity on an account, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend that account until it can be verified.

Multiple Account Prohibition

Operating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bdt55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support Bangladesh's most widely used payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
  • Follow the payment provider's instructions during the deposit process.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
  • Bonus-related balances cannot be withdrawn until active wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: receive a ৳2,000 bonus and you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • A bonus may only be used once, unless the offer states otherwise.
  • If bonus abuse or fraud is found, bdt55 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • bdt55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

bdt55 is built on a fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to ensure a fair and balanced environment for all users.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using bots, auto-clickers, or similar software.
  • Attempting to exploit bonuses through Martingale or other strategies.
  • Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
  • Claiming promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities.

Our Rights

  • The right to suspend or close suspicious accounts.
  • The right to void bets without stating a reason.
  • The right to take legal action in cases of fraud.
  • The right to restrict services at any time in the interest of security.
  • The right to request additional information or documents.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, fulfill any outstanding wagering requirements and withdraw any available balance. bdt55 also reserves the right to close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

  • Voluntary account closure requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • After account closure, all bonuses and pending bets will be considered void.
  • The verified balance will be returned through the designated method.
